My first encounter with osteopathy was in my 20s, when I was suffering from quite severe vertigo. Clinically, everything was fine and apart from medicaments that I would have to take for the rest of my life, the doctor could not recommend anything.

I came across an osteopath through an advertising article. I was amazed at how, with the osteopath's gentle hand movements, my condition gradually improved. Until about a year later, this strange health problem had disappeared. All of this made an impression on me and I wanted to study this specialty. The opportunity came years later. By now, I have graduated from the Academy of Osteopathy in Estonia and I am practicing as an osteopath as well as a CS therapist, having taken several CST courses over the years.
