Liz is an advanced practitioner of CranioSacral Therapy, diplomate-certified with the Upledger Institute. She has had the distinct pleasure of having been a long-time teaching assistant with the Upledger Institute, of externing in the Upledger Clinic's Intensive Program, and of being a certified presenter and certified instructor of CranioSacral Therapy 1 and both levels of CranioSacral Touching the Brain.

In her CranioSacral private practice, Liz encourages her clients' awareness of and connection with their innate healing abilities. She is committed to facilitating her clients' ever-deepening understanding of their bodies, their lives, and the relationships therein.
