Hello -- I'm Liw (short for "Liwana") and I am the therapist/owner of Finding Quiet Craniosacral. Based on my personal experience, and training, I believe that craniosacral therapy (CST) is an excellent tool to support our bodies toward balance and wellness. As the client, you are the expert in your own body, and I work as a catalyst to remove blockages and address lesions that are restricting movement and flow through your body.

I have been practicing Craniosacral Therapy since 2008, and I earned my CST certification in 2013. I am also a Certified Equine Massage Therapist (Prairie Winds College of Equine Massage, 2008) and a PhD in Industrial Engineering (Purdue University, 1991). My experience and background influence how I am able to understand the physical function and form, as well as the implications of CST on and in a body.

My practice is located in southern Ontario, primarily in my office in Collingwood, Ontario. Although I do travel to treat horse clients in the surronding areas (e.g., Owen Sound, Barrie, Aurora).

As a Craniosacral therapist, I also want to continue to provide education and support to the CST community. While I have served as a Teaching Assistant for Craniosacral classes, I also facilitate a Practice Group for pratitioners who have completed Craniosacral I (or higher). I am also available to do presentations on CST.
