I have been a practicing registered massage therapist in Ontario since Jan 1999. In that time I have studied various complementary therapies to facilitate the bodies natural desire to heal itself. In your treatment session you can expect a variety of assessment and treatment techniques that are based on craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulation, neural manipulation, hydrotherapy, myofascial release, and Swedish massage principles. Everyone is susceptible to; stress, trauma, wear and tear, degenerative disease, structural and/or functional abnormalities. My goal is to work with the body and its many layers to get to the root of the problem and relieve the musculoskeletal discomforts that you feel day to day.
