About
I am a Physical Therapist, as well as a Certified Athletic Trainer, with over thirty years of experience in outpatient orthopedics. My approach has become more holistic over the years, and I incorporate a variety of both manual and physical therapy techniques.
It is my belief and understanding that all of the body's systems must work together for optimal health and function. One cannot separate oneself from the whole. Treatments are modified based on the individuals needs, in order to assist each client in reaching their potential for healing and their goals.
Each client enters into a "responsibility for health agreement", which states they understand that their therapist is a facilitator, and that they must participate in their healing process and be responsible, to the best of their ability on all levels physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. The path to healing is not walked alone.
