CST  Love  Prayers

As a “life learner”, an adventurous person, and a Jesus lover who loves to pray, Lana has worn many “hats” through the years including working as an Assistant Hospital Chaplain in a Chicago hospital. She received the Employee of the Year award in that hospital. After moving to Seattle back in the 80’s, she sought out massage therapy which she received for 2 ½ years.  The therapist included a bit of CranioSacral therapy (CST).  The experience was captivating to her and unveiled her healing skills and what she was called to do!  She was referred to a dedicated CranioSacral Therapist for the migraines, panic attacks and other conditions she still suffered from due to a severe fall at the age of 5.  She became migraine free and has been for 30 years as a result of the CST treatments. 

 She began her training immediately and at the age of 50 became a licensed massage therapist who dedicated herself to CranioSacral Therapy.  She continued her trainings through the years, adding classes and serving as a teaching assistant for all the CST classes and an advanced class and worked two weeks at the Upledger Institute in West Palm Beach, Florida.  Her focus has been assisting in bringing relief from suffering due to injury, trauma and life issues as well as lives being enriched.

For over 29 years she has worked in the Seattle area in private practice and a variety of clinical settings including physical therapy, chiropractic, and naturopathy clinics seeing many types of conditions.  

In 2020 she changed her residence to Kansas and had to say goodbye to the wonderful health care center in Seattle where she was the CST practitioner for 15 years as well as her private practice.  She loves bringing relief and change in all types of issues that clients bring.  She has joined Lifestyle Massage and Bodywork in Lenexa, KS.   

One client’s experience:

    As I walked into Lana's office bent over, on the arm of my husband, I know I did not appear to be the strong, capable nurse, that others leaned on.   I was suffering from a 5th concussion and for years had severe migraines, Lyme’s disease and TMJ problems plus other issues.   I had had four years’ worth of anti-biotics to try to eliminate the Lyme’s disease.  I was on many other medications as well and for years was so depleted and in pain that I spent most of my time in bed when I wasn’t working.

    I saw Lana for almost 2 years. I am off all my migraine medications, my concussion healed twice as fast as it usually does; jaw pain, constant full body twitches and, what I know now to be, intense anxiety, all have significantly improved, if not totally gone. I stand tall, strong, and healthy and making needed changes in my life.  

I also had the privilege of being mentored by Lana as I trained to become a CranioSacral Therapist. She is an amazing CranioSacral therapist and a wonderful person.  Her love, compassion, and skill have forever changed my life.  I am eternally grateful.   S.M.
