Kenneth I. Frey is a New York State Licensed Physical Therapist and Director of the Institute of Physical Therapy located at Columbus Circle in New York City. Ken is a Diplomate and Techniques Certified CranioSacral Therapist. He is also a certification examiner for both the Techniques and Diplomate levels for the Upledger Institute CranioSacral Therapy (CST) Certification Program. Mr. Frey is a Certified Visceral Manipulation Instructor for the Barral Institute teaching VM1 & 2 The Abdomen, VM3 The Pelvis, VM 4 The Thorax, Neuromeningeal Manipulation NM1 and Listening Techniques 1. He has practiced CST since 1985 and VM since 1990. He teaches CST and VM to health care professionals nationally and internationally, and has lead CST & VM study groups in NYC since 1990.
