About Me

I have been practicing CranioSacral Therapy (CST) since July of 2006. I enjoy working with people and helping them feel better. I feel blessed to have a job that I love.

I became interested in CST when my Dad started having treatments. He had two back surgeries by the time I was eight years old, and he was in pain all my life. About fifteen years ago, he started getting CST, and I was amazed at how much better he felt. That's when I decided CST was something I wanted to learn, and I am so glad I did. The body is incredible and wants to heal.

I have worked with clients who have Fibromyalgia, Parkinson's, Autism, Migraines, Sciatica, and Anxiety problems. Along with many other health issues, it is also great for everyday stress that builds up in the body.
