About Me

Dr. Keith Cini, AP, DOM enjoys sharing his passion with the World. A licensed Acupuncture Physician, Chi Nei Tsang practitioner, certified Tai Chi, Qigong and Mediation instructor with a broad range of experience utilizing Chinese, Ayurvedic and raw living foods ancient therapies. His base of knowledge continues with the study and practice of Visceral Manipulation and CranioSacral therapies. A unique evolution from an All State high school wrestler, All-American football player at Hillsdale College, International Tai Chi champion, registered yoga teacher to Doctor of Oriental Medicine and healthy lifestyle consultant. He embraces the philosophy of holistic and integrative medicine where the best of East and West converge.

He is uniquely qualified in the field of healing arts due to his extensive training in athletics and martial arts. He began meditating and studying different types of dietary therapies as a sophomore high school wrestler. The martial arts and healing arts became an extension of his healing process from the physical abuse of playing football for 15 years. While living in New York City, he was inspired to begin teaching the body mind centering practices of Tai Chi, Qigong, and meditation in order to help himself and others heal and cope after the events of September 11th. During this period he had the honor of demonstrating at The United Nations Peace Conference and the World Peace Prayer to support the work of Dr Masaro Emoto, "The Hidden Messages in Water". Eventually presenting a workshop with Dr. Tingsen Xu of Emory University on the scientific benefits of Tai Chi at Mount Sinai Medical Center.

Keith attended Southwest Acupuncture College in Santa Fe and Albuquerque, NM. Where he had the honor of attending many lectures and workshops with Dr Vasant Lad of the Ayurvedic Institute. Post graduation he returned to Michigan where be practiced and participated in research with the University of Michigan on the effectiveness of acupuncture. Spending the past several years on staff as the Acupuncture Physician at the Hippocrates Health Institute in West Palm Beach. he has learned their successful philosophy which is based on detoxification, raw living foods, wheatgrass, juicing, and healthy lifestyle transformation.

As the sole practitioner in the state of Florida of Chi Nei Tsang, (pronounced chee nay song), which translates as 'vitalize internal organs', a therapeutic massage of the viscera. This technique compliments healthy dietary habits to increase metabolism, lose weight, stimulate digestion, activate the lymphatic system and release old habits and patterns which no long serve our highest purpose. Keith also integrates visceral manipulation, an osteopathic technique of unwinding the energetic pathways. Recently becoming the practicing Acupuncture Physician at the Upledger Institute Clinic.

In his practice, Keith focuses on stress reduction as stress is the number one cause of nearly all sickness and disease. Stress is a natural part of life, but we have the tools (the 8 pillars) at our disposal to mitigate it's impact, in our life. All through the subtle art of moving Qi, vital life force energy, which is available to us and all living things we can return to a state of homeostasis, a place of balance and harmony in body, mind and spirit.
