About Me

Using gentle touch and verbal directions, I help my clients remember who they are and invite them to share it with the world.

I use a psychophysical, somatoemotional, educational approach to pain relief and personal growth through Craniosacral Therapy, Alexander Technique, and the Enneagram.

The work encourages health and helps build awareness of habitual mental, emotional and physical patterns of reactivity that prevent and interfere with change, helping clients experience the past in the present to allow choices for transformation.

I am a teaching member of the American Society for the Alexander Technique, a member of the International Association of Healthcare Practitioners, and a member of the Focusing Institute.

My Skills

I am trained in Craniosacral Therapy and Somatoemotional Release through the Upledger Institute, and certified as an Alexander Technique Teacher by AmSAT, the American Society for the Alexander Technique, and ATOC, Alexander Technique of Cincinnati. I have studied psychology at Miami University, taken graduate courses in human development and am a student of the Enneagram, a system for understanding personality for self-awareness and growth. I have a BFA in painting from Wright State University.
