Kelly Handyside

Kelly Handyside is a Techniques Level - CranioSacral Therapist (CST-T) and Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)` Her lifelong interest in the body and it's movement springs from her 25-years in the study of dance including choreoraphy, teaching at the university level and as a professional performer. While studying massage therapy at The Ann Arbor Institute of Massage Therapy (class of 1997) she felt the craniosacral rhythm for the first time and this experience opened up her world to the myriad possibilities of human potential. Ever since, she has directed her career and curiosity into the realm of the human body, how it can move with greater ease and how patients can self-heal. After working in a clinical setting for 3 years, she began her private practice in 2001. And from the very beginning of her practice, clients have come to her for a blend of CranioSacral Therapy, Visceral & Neural Manipulation. These modalities offer transformational benefits through a steady focus on treating sources rather than symptoms. Her practice attracts a wide range of clients - pediatrics to adult and senior clients. Kelly takes great professional pride in assisting her clients in finding what their bodies need, how to begin addressing those needs, and provides optimum strategies and techniques for accomplishing their wellbeing goals. Kelly truly appreciates the openness and trust her clients offer as they work towards the goal of wellness and their journey of balance. She takes great pride in her continued studies in anatomy, neuroanatomy, CranioSacral Therapy, Visceral and Neural Manipulation.
