My personal journey led me to CranioSacral Therapy 20 years ago, when I was searching for ways to help my life partner break through the chronic pain he was left with after a devastating car crash. We had explored many modalities, but CranioSacral Therapy gave him relief when nothing else would.
In fact, I found CranioSacral Therapy so inspiring and gratifying that I abandoned my career as electrical engineer in order to pursue it.
Our bodies can be a great source of well being, peace and joy. Yet all too often worry, stress and pain make this joy inaccessible. It is my goal to help you face the challenges of your life by supporting your body's own amazing ability to heal and thrive. In addition to CranioSacral Therapy, I use other modalities such as Massage, Visceral Manipulation & SomatoEmotional Release to help you access your inherent healing abilities.
From 2012 to 2020 I practiced at Sutter's Institute for Health and Healing in Santa Rosa, working in an integrative environment as part of a team including functional medicine, chiropractic, acupuncture, psychotherapy, nutrition counseling and massage services. It was a very rewarding learning experience.,
I am now seeing clients at 659 Cherry St in Santa Rosa, Ca, Room 108 on Sat and Mon. The best way to contact me is via voice or text at 707-802-8031.
