About Me
I have worked with Craniosacral Therapy clients for a long time. I remember taking my Craniosacral Therapy 1 class. The technique seemed illusive to me. Back in the office I worked so hard to do the technique properly. Learning a new skill takes time, education and practice. After 25 years, I have plenty of experience with those three requirements. To you who read these words, I say hello. To the client on my table, I say welcome. Allow yourself to unfurl, to open like a book. If that is impossible, then become more aware of yourself. Feel your body on the table. I use Craniosacral Therapy techniques, I ask questions, I listen, I suggest images as a place to begin from, I lead the client through guided relaxation exercises. Things begin to happen. Sometimes I see a client for a few sessions. Some clients come for years. It is an honor work with each person who comes through my door. Hello and welcome.My Skills
