I am a wife and mother of three boys. My journey into holistic healthcare began 17 years ago when my youngest son was just 8 months old. We discovered that he had experienced a stroke before birth and was suffering from severe epilepsy. As a mother, I was deeply concerned by the medications he was taking and frustrated that, despite treatment, his seizure activity continued to worsen. That experience began a lifelong journey to better understand the body’s capacity for healing and to explore holistic approaches to health and wellness.
Over the past 17 years, I have devoted myself to studying a wide range of therapeutic modalities, including extensive training through the Upledger Institute and the Barral Institute. Each modality I have studied has deepened my appreciation for the body's interconnectedness and its remarkable potential for healing. What began as a mother's search for answers for her son has grown into a passion for helping others discover greater balance, awareness, and well-being.
The knowledge and skills I have gained through these studies have been a tremendous blessing to my son and my family, as well as to the many individuals I have had the privilege of working with throughout my journey. I continue to learn, grow, and deepen my understanding of the human body so I can offer compassionate, integrative care to those seeking their own path toward healing.

My skills
My training includes CranioSacral Therapy I and II, SomatoEmotional Release I and II, Touching the Brain I, Myofascial Release I, and Visceral Manipulation I and II. Each of these studies has expanded my understanding of the body as an interconnected and constantly communicating system.
Through this work, I have learned to look beyond the location of pain or discomfort and consider the body as a whole. What may present as a problem in one area may have a deeper or broader origin, and pain may sometimes be referred from another area of the body entirely.
My training has taught me to listen carefully, observe subtle changes, and remain open to what the body is communicating rather than assuming that every person or every session requires the same approach.
I believe that every person who comes to my table becomes my teacher. Their body guides the session, and my role is to listen, observe, and create an environment that supports the body's natural capacity for healing and integration. No two people are the same, and no two sessions are exactly alike. I allow each session to unfold according to the individual's needs rather than following a predetermined routine.
An important part of my work is helping clients become more aware of their own bodies. I teach them to slow down, listen to the signals their bodies are sending, and develop a deeper connection between mind, body, and spirit. My goal isn't simply to address what a client is experiencing in the moment, but to help them build greater body awareness and learn to recognize and listen to their inner signals. For me, true healing begins with listening.
When we learn to listen to the body with curiosity and awareness, we can begin to develop a deeper understanding of ourselves and our individual journey toward greater balance and well-being.
