My Skills

As a Certified Laban/Bartenieff Movement Analyst and CranioSacral Therapist, I currently use my eclectic education to focus on the patterns of movement that contribute to present and future pain in my clients. Sessions, shaped to your individual needs, involve movement and the use of a massage table for CranioSacral Therapy and Connective Tissue Techniques®.  Movement re-education and hands-on work re-pattern your movement, free you from restrictions and help you to learn how to maintain a balanced and healthy way of being and functioning in the world. The approach is different from spa massage or group movement classes in that sessions specifically address your individual changing needs as you reeducate yourself to become aware of and listen more carefully to your body.
