Karin obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Veterinary Medical Technology from Wilson College in Chambersburg, PA. She practiced as a Licensed Veterinary Technician for seven years before leaving the profession to raise a family of three great children.

After several years of working as a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser with Siebold Group Consulting, LLC, Karin chose to return to the health care field. In 2009 she began the first of many courses in CranioSacral Therapy, through the Upledger Institute. In 2011 she graduated from the College of Wilmington and obtained a North Carolina Massage and Bodywork License, and in 2013 she completed the Certification requirements in CranioSacral Therapy through the Upledger Institute. In April 2016 she completed requirements for the Diplomate Certification through the Upledger Institute, the highest level of certification available.

In 2013 Karin completed the BioAquatic Explorations: CranioSacral Therapy class and the BioAquatics Advanced Dolphin Assisted Therapy class, and participates as a primary therapist in the Dolphin Assisted Therapy programs in Freeport.

In July of 2014 Karin was invited to participate as a therapist at the Ricky Williams Pilot Concussion Program (preliminary pilot study) in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

Karin's most recent studies include Integrated Manual Therapy and Orthopedic Massage for the upper and lower body, and Certification in the Vodder Method of Manual Lymphatic Drainage. 


Currently Karin has a private practice at Southport Healing Arts Center located in Southport, NC. She provides a variety of services including CranioSacral Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Visceral Manipulation, Therapeutic Massage, Touch of Health Kinesiology and Myokinesthetic Therapy. She travels to provide services to Equine clients and College and Professional Athletes. Karin anticipates focusing her attention on injuries and illnesses involving the head and neck, while integrating the whole body, through continued studies and experience in these areas. She and her husband, Jeff Siebold, an author of mystery fiction novels, enjoy travelling for leisure and to see clients nationwide.

CranioSacral Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage Therapy and Massage Therapy: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10 am to 5:30 pm at Southport Healing Arts Center. Other days/times by appointment. Contact me or see website for current Fees/Hours.

CranioSacral Water Therapy takes place at a pre-arranged location - pool or ocean if the weather is accomodating.

Equine Massage/CranioSacral Therapy takes place on location with the horse/owner.

Directions to Southport Healing Arts Center from Highway 211 in Southport:

1. Go east on NC-211 S/​Southport-Supply Rd SE toward Southport.

2. Destination will be on the left, next to Rebecca's Consignment. Parking is available on the street or behind the buildings. To access rear parking, turn between the white and yellow buildings and use rear entrance to building. Relax in the front lobby until your scheduled appointment time.
