About

I am a seasoned Certified Craniosacral Therapist, NYS licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Counselor and a Teacher/Mentor with offices in Woodstock, NY and in Kingston, NY. 

Craniosacral Therapy is a life practice for me. After years of advanced studies and certification at the Upledger Institute, I deepened my skill and perception with Hugh Milne's Visionary Craniosacral Therapy, and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy.  I continue to expand my knowledge and palpation skills as well as my own healing. I am a practitioner of yoga and insight meditation.  

My sessions are devoted to accessing and facilitating your core healing through gentle touch in a safe and meditative environment.  I see the work as connecting heart, anatomy and spirit.  I have been honored to assist healing and well-being in cases of nervous system disorders, TBI, TMJ issues, whiplash, PTSD, brain dysfunctions, emotional issues and various visceral, structural and tissue dysfunctions.  I am particularly sensitive to the unseen and sometimes debilitating effects of physical and emotional trauma.  I will listen deeply and work with you in attuning to your body's messages and healing powers. 

My Skills

My work is a unique blend of physical assessment, energetic work, intuitive insight and psychological support. Its purpose is to facilitate release of physical, mental, and emotional holding so that you can fully express your natural urge toward aliveness. Specific physical problems are also addressed.
