I became a licensed Massage Therapist in 1996 and received my certification in CranioSarcal Therapy in 2005. I have a private practice in The Villages, Florida. Our goal at Healing Hands Wellness For Life LLC is to facilitate well being and provide a nurturing environment for the body to heal itself. By helping the body function more efficiently, the quality of life increases.

Our office is located on North HWY 441 in The Villages, Florida. Which is one hour north of Orlando and one hour south of Gainesville, FL. We are located next to The Villages Hospital in The Sharon Morse Medical Center.

If you are heading north on I75 take the Wildwood Exit East to HWY 441, head North and in 10 miles we are on the left. If you are heading south on I75 take the Belleview exit head east and then south on HWY 441 and in 10 miles we are on the right.

Skills

I graduated from the Reese Institute in 1996 and then took a medical massage internship which in enabled me to address injuries and many different muscular problems.

I have specialized training in Neuromuscular, Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, Tri-release, Ortho-bionomy, and Feldenkrais Method.

I Worked extensively with Kathleen Roath-Algeria L.M.T. a Myofascial specialist. She tought me about body dynamics and fascial patterns. As I better understood the function of the human body. I met an Osteopathic physician that introduced me to the transformational CranioSacral Therapy.

I started this training in 2000 and it changed my practice. CranioSacral Therapy proved to be the key that unlocked the body from injury and tramua. By providing space and allowing the body to heal itself results were long lasting. I took this knowledge into the offices of Coast Physcial Therapy and Fogarty Chiropractic. There, I was able to learn the importance multidimensional modalites.

My circumstances brought me to The Villages and I knew in my heart this was the right comunity to open my practice. In 2006, Healing Hands of The Villages was born and we are still growing. Our focus is to facilitate better health and to increase individual awareness of body.
