Developed by osteopath John Upledger, CranioSacral Therapy involves a gentle, non-invasive touch focused on identifying and releasing restrictions/tensions in the body's craniosacral system (the membranes and cerebrospinal fluids surrounding and protecting the brain and spinal cord).
