About Me

Hello, my name is Gail Cerruti. I am excited to share a little bit about myself and how I came to be a CranioSacral Therapist.

My educational background includes a Masters in Physical Therapy from Ithaca College 1995, Strength and Conditioning Specialist Certification 1997, Usui Reiki Master 2011, GYROTONIC® Trainer 2016, Registered Yoga Teacher 2023.  

I quickly discovered through my own "body crisis" that traditional PT and Western Medicine were not helping, so I sought alternative therapies. During this time I saw a massage therapist who began using CranioSacral Therapy (CST) and with time and diligence, I improved greatly. CST was a huge part of my healing and of course I wanted to know all about it so I could help others.

My studies began in 2008 and continue to this day.  I truly enjoy learning more and more about the amazing CranioSacral system and the intuitive support it offers our body's natural ability to balance and heal.

It is my hope to continue to share the beauty of the work with the world and to support many more beautiful souls in finding their way to an enjoyable, healthy and fulfilling life.
