About

I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist in Portland, Oregon with a clinical focus in CranioSacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Neuromeningeal Manipulation, intraoral massage, and integrative manual therapy. My work blends anatomical precision, perceptual listening, and a steady presence shaped by years of contemplative and movement practice.

I’ve completed CranioSacral Therapy 1 and 2 (CS1–CS2) through the Upledger Institute, Visceral Manipulation 1 and 2 (VM1–VM2) and Neuromeningeal Manipulation 1 (NM1) through the Barral Institute, along with specialized training in intraoral massage. I continue to deepen my study of these approaches and their integration into whole-body treatment.

My background includes more than 15 years of training in Taoist movement, martial arts, meditation, and Qi Gong. These practices taught me to recognize subtle changes in tension, rhythm, movement, and organization within the body. They also cultivated the grounded, patient quality of attention that informs how I work with clients today.

I am also a State of Oregon–licensed Psilocybin Facilitator. This work is conducted separately within Oregon’s regulated psilocybin system, but it continues to inform how I sit with people: listening without pressure, supporting regulation, and allowing change to unfold without imposing a predetermined outcome. Whether working through touch or non-touch facilitation, my intention is to help people settle, sense themselves more clearly, and reconnect with their own capacity for change.

My bodywork practice centers on individualized, integrative sessions. Rather than treating each system in isolation, I draw from craniosacral, visceral, neural, fascial, intraoral, and conventional manual therapy approaches based on what I find through assessment and what the client is experiencing. I’m particularly interested in the relationships between the nervous system, viscera, cranium, jaw, fascia, breath, and patterns of protection or compensation throughout the body.
