About

I’m Eva de Coro, a Licensed Massage Therapist, Craniosacral Therapist, and Health/Life Coach with a passion for helping women and children reconnect with their bodies and feel more at home in themselves.

My work began in therapeutic massage and has evolved into a more integrative approach to health and well-being. I specialize in Craniosacral Therapy, along with therapeutic bodywork and other hands-on techniques that support the body’s natural ability to regulate, adapt, and find greater balance. Through Craniosacral Therapy, I work with clients who may be experiencing pain, tension, stress, overwhelm, or simply feel that something in their body is “off.” I believe the body communicates in many ways, and that creating space to slow down, listen, and reconnect can be an important part of the healing process.
As a Health/Life Coach, I support women in midlife as they navigate the changes of perimenopause and menopause. Rather than focusing only on individual symptoms, I help women look at the bigger picture of their health—including nutrition, lifestyle, stress, mindset, and the connection between the mind and body. My goal is to help women have more energy, think more clearly, experience less pain and overwhelm, and feel more like themselves again.

My goal is to create a supportive space where women can better understand and connect with their bodies, become more confident advocates for their health, and make meaningful changes that support how they want to feel and live. I’m committed to continuing my education and deepening my understanding of the mind-body connection so I can continue to support each person I work with in a thoughtful, individualized way.
