It is with great passion that I help others in their healing journey. I specialize in Fascial Counterstrain, which includes Visceral Manipulation, Neural Manipulation, Manual Articular therapy and CranioSacral therapy. These modalities have been instrumental in aiding my clients to improve their overall function and well-being.
Our bodies have an inherent and innate ability to self-heal, I facilitate in this endeavor. I offer a safe environment to support and enhance this process. Utilizing my various skills, I find the 'holding patterns' that create dysfunction and pain. This combination of work is gentle, yet powerful and effective with long-lasting results.
