I graduated from the Physiotherapy program at Cardiff University in Wales in 1990. After working 3 years in NHS hospitals, I moved to the Tampa Bay Area and have practiced in outpatient clinics until I stared my own practice in 1998 to provide quality, individualized care in a relaxed setting for more complex clients.I received my doctorate in Physical therapy from University of Montana in 2012. In over 20 years of practice I have worked with clients from childhood to the elderly with varied diagnoses including: orthopedic conditions especially spinal pain, fibromyalgia, arthritis, headaches/migraines, strokes, Parkinson's, multiple Sclerosis, lymphedema, chronic pain and osteoporosis.
I have been fortunate to have had excellent teachers from many different disciplines and backgrounds, and my philosophy is to use gentle manual therapy techniques that facilitate the body’s natural self-corrective and self- healing capabilities together with reeducating correct movement patterns and postural awareness for continued wellbeing.
