About Me
I am a creative being. Forget about coloring outside the lines... I've gone for no lines, maybe no pages. Discipline and structure have kept me grounded ...following all the rules of society and stepping stones of accomplishment… But my inner life... is all about removing limitations.
Dr.John was the perfect influence for me ....raising improvisation to an artform, and bringing
higher purpose into reality, harnessing all my gifts and interests. Discovering Craniosacral
therapy in 1993 was a turning point in my life. I consumed every course I could, assisted at
every opportunity, committed to becoming an advanced practitioner, treated as many patients as possible, and began mentoring other practitioners.
Fast forward 20 years and you'll find me still at it. Standing on the shoulders of Dr. John, I have created a workshop series called Cellular Yoga, which includes many of the concepts of his
work, and a lecture series called "Flossing and Feeding Your Brain." I am dedicated to my
own inner physician, and to facilitating others to finding and communicating with theirs.
My life has been divided into 2 parts – Diane the dancer (until age 33)-- then Diane the
practitioner (a journey that is ongoing). I am married for 33 years, live in North
Hollywood, California with my husband and eight sentient beings(3 dogs, 3 cats, and 2 parrots.)
My mission, even while dancing, was to unravel the mystery of what limits us and to become
free. Dr. John's teachings, philosophy, and inspiration to bravely follow intention into the
unknown, have influenced me profoundly. I am so very grateful to have known him and to
have studied with him.
