I am an occupational therapist with over 40 years experience treating people with sensory processing disorders. I began using CranioSacral Therapy techniques to help balance the autonomic nervous system for the children I was treating early in my career. As I gained more expertise and took more courses through the Upledger Institute, I began to use CST with all of my clients in order to facilitate nervous system readiness for other therapeutic interventions. Over the course of my career, I began to treat people of all ages as both an occupational therapist and a craniosacral therapist. I now treat people throughout the life span, for a wide variety of diagnoses and conditions including back and neck pain, migraines, concussions, feeding issues including tongue tie, torticolis, reflux and colic, anxiety and depression, trauma based concerns, tinnitus and vertigo and autonomic nervous system imbalance. 

I currently have a private practice in CST in Lakeville, MN and also provide services at Newbridge Health and Wellness in Edina, MN, where clients are treated using an array of alternative practices including Functional Medicine, Nutrition support services, neurofeedback and spiritual support services.

Hours: Pirvate Practice: Mondays after 4:30pm, Tuesdays after 2:30 pm, Wednesday and Thursdays after 5:30 pm Friday mornings and afternoons Fees: $80 per hour $40 for the first half hour or portion thereof $20 for every 15 minutes or portion thereof after the first 15 minutes; cash, check and Venmo accepted   Insurance not accepted

Documentation available to support Health and Flex Spending Account reimbursement 

Newbridge Practice: Mondays 8-4; Tuesdays 8-2; Wednesdays and Thursdays 9-5  $125 .00 per hour Insurance is often not accepted, but documentation of visits can be provided using diagnostic codes that support reimbursement for the client   Flex/health spending accounts may cover services, depending upon the specific plan
