About Me

I am a Registered Massage Therapist, Manual Osteopathic Practitioner, educator, and integrative healer with more than 25 years of experience in health, movement, and hands-on therapy. My approach has developed through years of studying anatomy, osteopathic principles, craniosacral and visceral work, fascia, movement, nervous-system regulation, and the relationship between physical and emotional patterns in the body. I work from a whole-person perspective, looking beyond the area of pain to understand the larger patterns that may be influencing how the body moves, adapts, and recovers. My treatments combine skilled palpation with careful listening to the tissues, allowing each session to be guided by what the individual body is presenting that day. I also teach therapists how to develop stronger palpation, clinical reasoning, and confidence in their hands. My work continues to evolve around the integration of science, traditional healing principles, intuition, and the body's natural capacity for change.
