- CranioSacral Therapy is an important part of my wellness. Embodying the early loss of both parents, a divorce, multiple motor vehicle accidents, and like many, I turn my attention to the maintenance of a regulated nervous system and heart coherence.
- Bodywork has been my pathway to growing professionally and personally as I continue to deepen my awareness of the mind, body, spirit, emotions, and energetic relationships.
- Graduated in 2005, as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Sacramento City College with an Associate of Science degree. Passed California State certification in 2006.

Driving directions
My office is located in East Sacramento between Mercy, Sutter and UCDavis hospitals on the southeast corner of Alhambra & "O" street. There is a large parking lot for renters and patrons, as well as two hour street parking. No metered parking.
