About

I became a massage therapist with one clear intention: to help people feel safe in their bodies again.

At 31, my path into bodywork has been deeply rooted in the belief that no one deserves to live in pain—whether that pain is physical, emotional, or stored quietly beneath the surface. My work is centered around trauma-informed care, meeting each person exactly where they are, without judgment and at their own pace.

Rather than focusing only on symptoms, I listen to the story your body is telling. Each session is intuitive, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs—whether you’re seeking relief from chronic pain, recovering from stress or trauma, or simply looking to reconnect with yourself.

My goal is to create a space where you can exhale, feel supported, and begin to restore balance from the inside out.

I became a massage therapist to support something deeper than physical relief—I help people reconnect with their bodies in a way that feels safe, grounded, and healing. At 31, my work is rooted in the belief that pain—whether physical or emotional—should never be something you simply “live with.” Many of us carry stress, trauma, and tension in the body without realizing how deeply it affects our well-being. My approach is gentle, trauma-informed, and centered on creating a space where your nervous system can begin to unwind.

Each session is guided by your body’s needs. I listen, I follow, and I hold space for your healing process at your pace.

This is a place where you don’t have to push, perform, or hold it all together. You can simply be, breathe, and begin to feel again.

I specialize in helping clients reduce pain, restore mobility, and feel better in their bodies through targeted, therapeutic bodywork.

My work focuses on identifying the root causes of tension rather than just treating symptoms.

Whether you’re dealing with chronic pain, injury recovery, stress-related tension, or long-standing restrictions in the body, each session is tailored to your specific needs and goals.

My approach is precise, intuitive, and results-oriented—while still being gentle enough to support the body’s natural healing process.

I believe you don’t have to accept pain as your normal. With the right support, your body can shift, release, and function more freely.

I take a gentle yet effective approach that supports both structural alignment and nervous system regulation
