  • My journey with CranioSacral Therapy began in 1996 and continues to deepen my appreciation for the body’s innate wisdom and capacity for healing.

  • With a background in physical rehabilitation, lymphatic therapy, and integrative healing, I bring a broad understanding of the body and its interconnected systems.

  • My practice focuses on CranioSacral Therapy, incorporating SomatoEmotional Release and Manual Lymphatic Drainage when appropriate.I have a special interest in supporting individuals navigating stress, trauma, chronic pain, and complex health challenges, with an emphasis on nervous system regulation and restoring a sense of balance and well-being.

Tuesdays and Wednesdays: 10:00am-5:00pm; Thursdays: 10:00am-2:00pm; Fridays: 11:30am-5:00pm. Occasional Saturdays 10:00am-1:00pm.

In Person Session Fee:

60 minutes @ $175.00

75 minutes @ $215.00

Distance Healing Session:

60 minutes @ $175.00

Driving directions

My new office is located at 601 University Avenue, Suite 213, in the Campus Commons area of Sacramento, just off Howe Avenue and conveniently accessible from Highway 50 and Fair Oaks Boulevard, near Sacramento State University.

Please note that FLOWpresso - a gentle, full-body hugging wellness device and service - remains available at 3112 O Street, Suite 15, in East Sacramento, conveniently located between Mercy, Sutter, and UC Davis hospitals, on the southeast corner of Alhambra Boulevard and O Street.


A parking lot is available for renters and patrons, along with two-hour street parking. There is no metered parking.
