  • CranioSacral Therapy is an important part of my wellness. Embodying the early loss of both parents, a divorce, multiple motor vehicle accidents, and like many, I turn my attention to the maintenance of a regulated nervous system and heart coherence. 
  • Bodywork has been my pathway to growing professionally and personally as I continue to deepen my awareness of the mind, body, spirit, emotions, and energetic relationships. 
  • Graduated in 2005, as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Sacramento City College with an Associate of Science degree. Passed California State certification in 2006.

In Person Session Fee:

Driving directions

My new office is located at 601 University Avenue, Suite 213, in the Campus Commons area of Sacramento, just off Howe Avenue and conveniently accessible from Highway 50 and Fair Oaks Boulevard, near Sacramento State University.


Please note that FLOWpresso—a gentle, full-body “hugging” wellness device and service—remains available at 3112 O Street, Suite 15, in East Sacramento, conveniently located between Mercy, Sutter, and UC Davis hospitals, on the southeast corner of Alhambra Boulevard and O Street.


A parking lot is available for renters and patrons, along with two-hour street parking. There is no metered parking.
