About Me

Being the daughter of a Rolfer, made my father my first teacher in terms of thinking of how to help bodies and how alignment plays a cuticle role in that. Since have those early curiosities planted in my consciousness, I have explored many of the various tentacles of embodiment. In the world of manual therapies, I've explored massage of all kinds, structural integration, and visceral manipulation, and Reiki. I took classes and taught with Tom Myers, and was fortuante enough to take Emmit Hutchins last advanced training before his transition. I feel blessed to have learned from some of the sages in SI. I've internalized these modalities by giving a receiving them, but also though movement, with yoga teacher trainings, pilates, dance and breathwork. Then it bought me to exploring where the mind and body connect in the body through body centered psychotherapy classes, receiving somatic experiencing and ISF work. I love exploring where our thoughts, stories and beliefs manifest in our body. Which brought me deeper into meditation and guided meditation as a tool. Then peppered through all this is extensive dissection experience. Taking as a student with Gil Hedley and helping to facilitate as a teaching instructor for Tom Myers. Seeing how the body is actually layer has informed my understanding of what I'm touching to extraordinary degrees.

I work with clients where they are at. Some come to see me for chronic pain, injury rehab or when looking for ways to perform better as an athlete or artist. Some clients come to explore expanding their consciousness through touch. Every session is unique to the person.
