About

Since 2000 I have made Bodywork my primary focus. I am committed to continuing my education in all areas of hands-on healing therapies. Along with traditional Western massage, I also incorporate Eastern and holistic healing methods.

In 2002, I was introduced to Reiki. In 2003, I had the privilege to be attuned in Master Level Reiki.

Reiki has made it possible for me to have a deeper level of awareness, and has added depth and dimension to my work and to my life. I would love to share with you all I have learned, helping you to bring balance and wholeness into your life. In my spare time I enjoy running and have completed close to 100 marathons and ultra marathons. Running on trails for me is another way of meditating where I connect with nature. This experience has also led me to study shamanic healing using the four elements combined with the meridians and listening the craniosacral system.
