Craniosacral Therapy (CST) has become a love of mine. So much so that I have transformed much of my practice over the last 20 years to using this type of therapy at the core of what I do. What's really wonderful about working with the Upledger and Barral work is that it blends well with other manual approaches. Whether I use SomatoEmotional Therapy, the Brain Work, Hakomi, or Visceral Manipulation, it is easy to integrate the techniques while I listen to the bodies of my clients, and allow their Inner Wisdom to teach me how I can support their process. 

Craniosacral Therapy is so gentle, and profound. It supports and allows my clients to heal on so many different levels. I have seen clients walk better, stand more erect, find more balance, and best of all let go of pain and suffering. This is very significant especially when they could not find help elsewhere. As a therapist, professionally-nothing feels better than to be in service and help people grow and discover their own healing and sense of Vitality and Wholeness. I thoroughly enjoy what I do and feel very fortunate to have found work that is so gratifying, where I can continue to study, expand my skill set, and gain experience, and also to get up every day liking life.
