Shortly after graduating from massage school in 2009, I had the good fortune of taking my first continuing education class in CranioSacral Therapy with Ken DiPersio. From that first class, I went on to study with the Upledger Institute and continues to deepen my understanding of this subtle body system.
Using knowledge of the human body, intuition, and empathy, I work with clients to uncover old patterns of resistance and guide the system to a new path of ease.
To help clients gain deeper place of mental ease on the table, I use tuning forks.
I love nature, and I use natural imagery quite a bit in my sessions to help clients relax.
How often do you sit outside and gaze at clouds? I like to offer this self-care tip to encourage clients to use their imaginations in their everyday life. The power of the right brain can help us become better problem solvers and introduce new perspectives to consider.
I also love exploring new places, studying history and spirituality, and being with my family.

I also work closely with teens and young adults with ASD
I research mental health issues, and take trauma-informed workshops, to learn dynamic ways to hold space and witness whatever needs to come up on the table.
