My name is Corleigh A. Green, and I am the creator of Legacy Awakening, an online platform devoted to helping individuals reconnect with themselves through embodiment, therapeutic sound frequencies, and nervous system support.

Legacy Awakening was created from the understanding that lasting change often begins by slowing down, listening, and developing a deeper relationship with the body's innate intelligence. Rather than focusing on fixing symptoms or chasing outcomes, the work is centered on creating the conditions for greater awareness, balance, regulation, and self-discovery.

Through guided sound experiences, focused frequencies, embodiment-based practices, and personalized support, Legacy Awakening provides practical tools designed to help individuals navigate stress, cultivate resilience, and strengthen their connection to themselves. The intention is not to tell the body what to do, but to create space for it to communicate what it already knows.

In addition to the online membership, I offer private CranioSacral Therapy sessions, online consultations, and monthly sound baths for those seeking a more personalized experience.

My Skills

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle hands-on technique that uses a light touch to examine membranes and movement of the fluids in and around the central nervous system. Relieving tension in the central nervous system promotes a feeling of well-being by eliminating pain and boosting health and immunity.

HCT uses techniques that are guided by the wisdom of the Heart.The Heart naturally knows how to unify and dissolve beliefs and mental constructs that may have held us in pain, confusion, and/or separation.

HCT offers deep healing without reliving the trauma as we are held in the safety, love, and compassion of the heart. When we are able to stop identifying with who we are not, we are free to discover who we truly are.


I also offer Advanced Harmonic Frequency Therapy that protects, enhances and harmonizes the autonomic nervous system by relieving stressors, transmuting negative habitual patterns, supporting cellular detoxification and supports self-healing. These frequencies utilizes scalar energy, therefore it can be utilized in-person, in groups, and virtually via Zoom - all with the same effectiveness.
