My name is Christine, I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Yoga Teacher in Stuart, FL. Bodywork at the Bungalow is part of Mangata Wellness, a holistic wellness center. We are all excited to support you on your wellness journey!

I believe in facilitating the healing of body as a whole. The body carries physical, emotional, and psychological pain that show up in various symptoms. The body has an intelligent system design for healing where I, as a therapist, help the client facilitate their own healing process within.

Mobile appointments available Thursday, Friday, and Sunday. 

You, the client, does all the healing and I am a facilitator in that journey. Modalities such as Craniosacral Therapy and Visceral Manipulation help heal chronic physical pain, emotional pain, injuries, and recover from surgery. 

The tissues in the body have a deep and innate intelligence.

 Everything that has happened in our lives, injuries, diseases, stressors, etc is recorded in our tissues
