About Me

Christine Baade, LMT, CMLDT, is a licensed massage therapist since 2010, and founder at Flow State Lymphatics, LLC.. She is a certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist and practices gentle, restorative manual therapies including Myofascial Release, Visceral Manipulation, CranioSacral Therapy, and Reiki.

With a multidisciplinary background in bodywork, yoga and health coaching, Christine’s holistic approach centers on restoring harmony within the body’s natural systems. Her focus emphasizes enhanced immune function, improved digestion, detoxification, circulation and lymphatic flow. By removing stagnation and fascial restrictions we aim to create space for abundance, energy, emotional harmony and cognitive clarity alongside nervous system regulation for enhanced mobility and resilience.

Christine is registered with the Society 4 Oncology Massage as a preferred provider and holds additional advanced certifications in oncology massage with specialization in breast cancer rehabilitation, women’s health, and trauma informed bodywork.

As a Master Level Usui Reiki Practitioner, Christine offers an insightful approach to subtle body balancing to support energetic alignment and to cultivate peaceful internal landscape.
