This has been a life long journey of healing thru touch, bolstered by the central pillar of a meditation practice.- healing of the body and mind.

I graduated  from the Swedish institute of Massage in 1991. Then was on staff there for 4 more years.

In 1993 , I  was certified by the Guild for Structural Integration , a modality that helps to free up life long patterns of tension and bracing .

Over the last 8 years, thru the Upledger & Barral Institute , I’ve completed ; CS 1, CS 2, VM1 , VM2, VM3, VM4.

I also completed Dr Vodders Manual Lymph Drainage , Level 1 & 2.
