Professional Experience
With a degree in Visual Arts, training in Massage and Reflexology, and experience in Art Therapy workshops, I bring an artistic and intuitive perspective to my work as a Craniosacral therapist. My artistic background has nurtured my sensitivity to subtle details, intuitive perception, and ability to listen attentively to the body's responses. I see the human being as deeply connected to light, colour, and the natural rhythms of life. This perspective informs my therapeutic approach, bringing awareness, sensitivity, and creativity into the process of healing and self-discovery.
I approach each person with compassion, curiosity, and respect for their individual needs and rhythm, supporting both children and adults with warmth and joy.
