I have been practicing bodywork in Calgary Alberta Canada since 1997. Upledger, Barral, and Milne have profoundly influenced the way I approach the body. I have personally healed from a multitude of injuries and issues using these therapies and it is my pleasure to pay it forward!

My current skillset includes Craniosacral therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Myofascial Release and Sports Massage. I also have a BA in Communication Studies!
