About Me

I have been in healthcare for 20 years. I received my Associates of Applied Science as a massage therapist in 2005, an Associates of Applied Science as an Occupational Therapy Assistant from Durham Technical Institute, in Durham, NC in 2012 and a Bachelors of Applied Science in Occupational Therapy from The University of Cincinnati in 2023. In the years I have been a practicing Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant/Licensed (COTA/L) I was introduced to new avenues and a true passion to help individuals with developmental disabilities, concussions, PTSD, Dementia, Alzheimer's, migraines, tongue ties, and beyond. CranioSacral Therapy (CST) has been a large part of that. I have seen the profound effect CST can have as a result of mixing both of my degrees, and experience with CranioSacral Therapy. 

Whether I use SomatoEmotional Therapy, the Brain Work, manual massage or Visceral Manipulation, being able to blend Upledger work with manual approaches, it is important to integrate the techniques while I listen to my client’s bodies, allowing the Inner Wisdom to guide how I can assist in their progress. I am excited to bring this knowledge to my holistic approach. Craniosacral Therapy is so gentle, it allows clients to heal on different levels. I have seen clients breathe better, eat better, walk better, have improved balance, decrease in pain, decreased tinnitus, emotional release, allow individuals with PTSD to progress in their healing journey with a well rounded team, and much more including releasing pain in many forms.  There is nothing more meaningful to me as a therapist than to be of service and help people in their journeys of growth and healing of their whole person. I have been blessed with the ability and skill set and am fortunate to continue to study, expand my skills, and gain experience in helping others.
