Hello and Welcome!

I'm Amelia Diaz, a Licensed Massage Therapist with over 20 years of experience in holistic health. My journey began as a Nikken Consultant and my interest in health and wellness deepened in 2004, when my son underwent life-saving brain surgery. Witnessing his second chance at life ignited my purpose: to help others find healing, health, and pain relief through natural, alternative therapies.
I earned my LMT license in 2007 and have spent the last 18+ years training with the Upledger Institute in CranioSacral Therapy, Somato Emotional, Cranial Nerves, The Brain Speaks, etc; Lymph Drainage -The Chikly Health Institute; Manual Articular Approach-LE -Barral Institute; Cranial Release Technique- Dr. Doreste; Lymphatic Balancing- Dr. Kerry D'Ambrogio; The Reconnection- Dr. Eric Pearl, and other leading holistic practitioners in the U.S. and abroad.
My practice is rooted in compassion, trust, and the belief that every body has the power to heal. I’m honored to walk alongside my clients on their journey toward wellness.
