Vivien Henderson, LMT, CST-D is a highly skilled CranioSacral Therapist specializing in Upledger CranioSacral Therapy (CST). With a deep commitment to holistic health, Vivien has dedicated years to mastering the gentle yet profound techniques of CST, a method developed by Dr John Upledger.

Vivien's journey into CranioSacral Therapy began with a passion for understanding the body's natural ability to heal itself. She has undergone extensive training in Upledger CST, learning to detect and correct imbalances in the CranioSacral System - a crucial part of the body that includes the membranes and fluid that surrounds and protects the brain and spinal cord. Her expertise enables her to address a wide range of conditions, from chronic pain and stress to neurological disorders and trauma. 

As a Certified specialist in CranioSacral Therapist (CST-D), Vivien combines her technical proficiency with a compassionate approach, creating a safe and nurturing environment for her clients. Her practice is marked by a deep sensitivity to the needs of every individual, allowing her to tailor treatments that promote physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.
Vivien is dedicated to continuous learning and regularly participates in advanced workshops to stay at the forefront of the  field. Her holistic and integrated approach not only aims to alleviate symptoms but also to empower her clients on their journey towards health and balance.

Henderson holds specialty certifications in CranioSacral Therapy at the Diplomate level by the Upledger Institute International and in Massage Therapy by the National Therapeutic Massage and bodywork Board.

In 2020, Henderson was appointed as Pilot Therapist to introduce the latest program by the Dr John E Upledger Foundation called Heal It Forward. Henderson treated qualified patients in need, who may not have had the resources to pay for services. Described as "treatments of kindness", this helped to expand the benefit of CranioSacral Therapy and successfully helped so many in need. Henderson is well known for her warm, caring and uplifting personality.

Henderson enjoys going to the gym, walking, salsa and is currently at a green belt level in Taekwondo and martial arts. Also, Henderson loves to spend quality time with her family and has a soft spot for gardening.
