I began my lifelong journey into alternative healing when I lost my husband to cancer in 2001. I say lifelong because I am always continuing my education. During my husband's battle with cancer I learned firsthand of the gaping holes and in some instances, downright wrongs in the Western Medicine modality. I began studying CranioSacral therapy in 2003 and was hooked from the very first class. I became a certified CranioSacral therapist in 2008 and have taken advanced classes as well. I teach Intro to CranioSacral Therapy classes and TA other classes frequently. Though CranioSacral Therapy is my main focus, I have also learned other modalities along the way and most sessions are a mix of these. I am also certified in Body Code work, gone on to T3 work, am a Reiki Master Teacher (I love teaching Reiki classes!), and have taken extensive classes in Visceral Manipulation, Esoteric Healing and the Raindrop Technique. My greatest joy is making a difference in the lives of my clients. I'd love to make a difference in your life too!

Hours of operation / Fees

Hours are flexible and by appointment only. Fees are $75/hour or $105/90 minutes.

Driving directions

Located in downtown Watertown, one block south of Main Street. Our office is 201 S. 3rd, on the corner of S. 3rd and Market. It's a brick building with a glass door that says Selah Wellness Connection.
