I am a Holistic Occupational Therapist (OT) who specializes in CranioSacral Therapy treatments to facilitate improvement in bodily tension and emotional pain. By assisting the body through light touch maneuvers, your relaxation process can support and balance your body, mind, and spirit. I often incorporate on-the-body stone medicine and flower essence applications as part of treatment, as well as traditional healing cleansing practices with plant smoke and sound prior to treatment.
