Caroline Barrow

About Me

My key modality is CranioSacral Therapy, incorporating Visceral Manipulation and also shiatsu techniques which was my original therapy.

I have been in practice since 1996, started studying CranioSacral Therapy in 2000, following two years later with the Visceral work. I live and practice in Brighton on the south coast of the UK.

I run the Upledger Institute in the UK. I teach CST1, CST2, SER1 and Clinical Applications classes for CST, SER and Advanced CST work, both in the UK and abroad. I also run Intensive Programmes with our colleague Caro O'Neill. And I'm a qualified mentor for the Institute so can offer 1-1 or small group mentoring sessions for students.

We've run many of the advanced CST classes including The Brain Speaks 1&2, CST for the Immune System, Paeds 1 & 2 and CST for Conception, Pregnancy and Birthing, and CST for Concussion, which all add great new techniques to my tool kit and deepened my awareness of the myriad of ways we can use CST, while keeping true to the essence of the work.

I started my own business, the College of Body Science, back in 2001, which teaches anatomy and physiology for complementary health practitioners. There are now a range of courses, specifically designed for CST students, available online. Some have live online support, some are self learning. See www.collegeofbodyscience.com

I treat clients whenever I'm available!
