About Me

Trella (they/she) has been supporting others on their healing journey for thirty years and counting. She has specialized in Upledger CranioSacral Therapy's umbrella of therapeutic methods since 2001, is deeply informed by the Trager® Approach, and works with their own style of Polydimensional Energywork™ that includes Usui Traditional Reiki and Access Bars.

They are certified in many modalities, including the Aroma Freedom Technique and Bemer Physical Vascular Therapy, are a licensed massage therapist, traditional Usui Reiki Master, and has studied with generative somatics™, Resmaa Menakem's Somatic Abolitionism, The Indigenous Values Initiative, The Lancaster School of Psychodrama and Experiential Therapies, Bayo Akomolafe's Emergence Network, and with the Somatic Experiencing Institute.

Along with her therapeutic and somatic practice, Trella is a Human Design practitioner, utilizes art as a spiritual practice, invests in the healing work of land restoration and Land Based Somatics, and is oriented towards Indigenous Values for planet and people.

Trella aims to offer her skill set and ever-deepening understanding of our individual and collective experiences to tend to her portion of Tikkun Olam, the Hebrew phrase for "actions that repair our world".
