With over a decade of health and wellness, my background spans from clinical care to luxury spa brand services, Â enabling me to seamlessly blend the clinical needs and therapeutic care of my clients into highly personalized services that are well-regarded in the community.

Relocating from a Chicago suburb in 2017, I've dedicated myself to helping people live vibrant lives through a range of specialties, including Craniosacral Therapy, Spinal Flow, Facials and Energy Practices. I'm passionate about keeping bodies in motion and helping my clients feel truly cared for with a nurturing, transformative experience.
