My primary professional role is as a clinical social worker specializing in trauma.  I am a certified EMDR Consultant.  I also love supporting clients in getting out of their heads and listening to the body's wisdom, whether through CranioSacral Therapy, SomatoEmotional Release, systemic rituals, guided imagery, or Systemic and Family Constellations.

My Skills

EMDR, CranioSacral Therapy Trained, I & II, Somato Emotional Release I & II, and Advanced CST.  I have a very diverse cultural reach, having lived outside the US for 13 of my adult years.  Five years I lived in Bangladesh with my then-extended family.  Eight years I lived in Guadalajara Mexico.  I am a lifelong student.  These days I am studying for my CST Diplomate, ukulele and banjo, as I reconnect with my Midwestern roots and build networks in a new-to-me kind of community that supports direct, authentic, loving and creative expression.
