About

I attended Massage Therapy school in 2008 at the Denver School of Massage Therapy in Aurora, CO. This is where I fell in love with learning about the human body, its capabilities, and how we can create change within the body. I have been practicing massage ever since and love to study how we can work with EVERY system of the body. 

Here, I also fell in love with teaching when I began in 2011. I have taught almost every aspect of curriculum and have developed multiple high level courses of study including entire massage therapy school programs. Inspired Education LLC was founded on this expertise and travels to teach higher level continuing education courses. 

Core-Balanced Bodywork is an avenue to bring the knowledge to clients and help aid in their healing efforts. Located in Seward, NE, this practice focuses on integrating Visceral Manipulation into corrective, therapeutic sessions. These sessions give the body a voice to speak for itself and a knowlegable touch to help instigate healing.
